Our Mission

Building a Stronger Community

The Enon-Coulter Community Development Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2003. We are dedicated to providing services and programs that improve the quality of life for residents in our community.

To provide educational, charitable, and social services that combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency. We lessen neighborhood tensions and eliminate prejudice through strategic community engagement.

We envision a thriving community where every resident has access to quality education, health resources, and economic opportunities. Through our programs, we aim to build a legacy of service and empowerment.
